Overview
Two organization-wide browsers for everything you have generated and uploaded — documents and files.
Storage gathers all your paperwork and drawings in one place, across every job. Where a work order's own tabs show only that job's documents and files, Storage spans the whole organization, so you can find something without first knowing which job it belongs to.
It has two browsers.

Both show which work order and client each item belongs to, and both let you search, so finding one document among hundreds is a matter of typing part of its name.
Documents storage is admins and moderators only
The document browser is closed to members. The file browser is open more widely. Where a browser is restricted, a member who opens it sees a No access message.
