Material details
A material's dimensions and its stock, with the low-stock warning.
Open a material from the list to see its details, laid out in two cards: its dimensions and its stock.
Dimensions
The dimensions card shows the material's size, the measurements you entered when you added it, such as diameter and bar length. These describe the stock shape you are cutting from.
Stock
The stock card shows how much you have on hand in its unit, and the minimum stock level if you set one. When the amount on hand drops below that minimum, a low-stock badge appears, the same warning that shows against the material in the list.
To change the stock, the dimensions, or the minimum level, edit the material. Keeping the stock figure current is what makes the low-stock warning worth trusting.
