Usage
See how much of your plan you are using, across activity, directory, and storage.
The Usage page shows how much of your plan you have used, as a set of bars. It is the place to check before you hit a limit, and anyone in the organization can see it.
What it tracks
Usage is grouped into three parts.

Reading a bar
Each bar shows what you have used against your plan's limit, with the percentage. The colour warns you as you get close:
- Normal until you pass 80 percent.
- Amber from 80 percent, as a heads-up.
- Red at 100 percent, when the limit is reached.
A limit that is unlimited on your plan shows no bar to fill, since there is nothing to run out of.
Activity resets, the rest does not
The activity bars, work orders and documents, count what you have created this billing period and reset when it rolls over. The directory and storage bars are running totals of what you hold right now, so they only go down when you delete something.
When a bar hits its limit, the action it covers is blocked until you free some room or move to a larger plan.
