Managing your team
Change what people can do, and remove those who have left.
The My organization page lists everyone in your organization below the invite box. Each person shows their username, their role, and their email, with controls to change their role or remove them.
Changing a role
Use the change-role control next to a person to give them a different role: Admin, Moderator, or Member. The change takes effect the next time they load the app.
Raise someone to Moderator so they can create and edit work orders, or to Admin so they can manage the team, billing, and settings. Lower a role the same way when someone no longer needs the access.
You cannot change your own role
Your own role has no controls. This is deliberate: it stops the last admin from accidentally demoting themselves and leaving the organization with no one able to manage it. To change your role, another admin has to do it.
Removing someone
Use the remove control next to a person to take them out of the organization. They lose access straight away.
Removing someone does not delete their account, and it does not touch their work. The work orders, companies, and documents they created belong to the organization and stay exactly as they are. If the person returns later, invite them again as you would anyone new.
You cannot remove yourself
There is no remove control on your own row. An organization always keeps at least the person managing it. If you are leaving, hand Admin to someone else first and have them remove you.
