Overview
The financial dashboard — income, expenses, and profit at a glance, with your top clients.
The Finance area shows how the business is doing: what you have earned, what you have spent, and who your biggest clients are. Its first page is a dashboard that sums everything up.

The summary cards
Three cards across the top give you the headline figures, each also showing the amount including VAT underneath.
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Income | The value of your confirmed and invoiced work |
| Expenses | Everything you have recorded on the Expenses page, material and tooling together |
| Profit | Income minus expenses |
A card with nothing behind it yet shows a dash rather than a zero.
Expenses breakdown
Below the cards, your total expenses are split into material and tooling, so you can see at a glance which is the larger share. This is the same total as the Expenses card, broken in two.
Top clients
The rest of the page ranks your clients by how much work you have done for them. For each one you see its rank, name, how many work orders it has, and its total value with and without VAT. It is a quick way to see where most of your business comes from.
Amounts across the dashboard are shown in your organization's default currency, set in financial settings.
