Create account
Sign up, confirm your email with a six-digit code, and choose whether to start an organization or join one.
Signing up creates your personal login. It does not create a company yet. You choose between starting your own organization and joining an existing one straight after your email is confirmed.
What the form asks for

Signing up
Fill in the account form
Go to the signup page and complete the five fields above.
Open the confirmation email
We send an email with a six-digit code. Check the spam folder if it has not arrived after a minute.
Enter the code
Type the six digits into the verification screen. This confirms your email and signs you in at the same time, so there is no separate login step.
No code, or the code stopped working
The verification screen has a resend link that sends a fresh code to the same address. If you start the signup over with an email that was never confirmed, that also just sends a new code rather than creating a second account.
If you leave the verification screen sitting for a long time, or clear your cookies before entering the code, you will see a message telling you the session expired. Sign up again with the same email and a new code will arrive.
What happens next
Once the code is accepted, the wizard asks whether you are creating a new organization or joining one that already exists. It looks for a pending invitation matching your email address, so if somebody has already invited you, the option to accept it is offered here.

Starting from the pricing page
If you began signing up by picking a plan on the pricing page, that choice follows you into the wizard and is pre-selected when you reach the review screen. The plan is remembered for an hour. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
