The tools page
The tool catalogue — searching, filtering by type and condition, and reading stock at a glance.
Open Inventory → Tools to see your tool catalogue. Each row is one tool, with how many units you have and how many are still usable.

The table
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| # | The tool number |
| Name | The tool's name |
| Type | Which of the nine types it is |
| Manufacturer | Who makes it |
| Part number | The maker's part number |
| Total | How many units you own |
| Usable | How many of those are still good |
| Stock | A warning when usable units fall below the minimum you set |
The Stock column is the one to watch: when the usable count drops under a tool's minimum quantity, it flags as low so you know to reorder before you run out.
Click a row to open the tool and see its individual units. Use Add tool at the top to add a new one, covered next.
